Our Elite Team comprehensive year-long calendar integrates team practices, sports performance classes, and attendance at high-exposure events to help build a dynamic player experience.
Each team has a dedicated coach as well as our team of directors to allow for continuity throughout the program. We know that sports are an avenue for developing confidence and leadership skills, which is why our coaching staff is composed of strong, goal-oriented women who have played and coached at the highest level our sport has to offer. With experience coaching at the youth, high school, collegiate, and international levels, lacrosse is not a side job, it’s who we are.
When our athletes begin the recruiting process, they are guided by a team of dedicated recruiting experts and receive personalized support to ensure they find a program that suits them both athletically and academically.
As a member of Compass Lacrosse, you can expect clear and timely communication from our team of directors including practice schedules, tournament information, and details regarding other playing opportunities.
Effective November 28th, 2023, Snipers Elite Lacrosse will be renamed Compass Lacrosse! After acquiring the girls’ side of Top Side Snipers in 2018, we became Snipers Elite Lacrosse. We felt it was important to keep the original Snipers name as our first two classes of student-athletes were in the thick of the recruiting process and our reputation as an elite program in Westchester County was growing. We have spent the last year reflecting on where we’ve come from, who we are, and where we are going, and something became clear - the world today is different than 5 years ago, and the word sniper, which was once a term depicting precision and discipline, has now become synonymous with harm. We want our name to be reflective of who we are as an organization. As a staff we chose Compass Lacrosse because it reflects what playing for us means - guidance and direction. The well-being and positive experience of our members is at the forefront of our decision-making and we are excited for many years to come as Compass Lacrosse!
