Coach Gianna Mott is from Ronkonkoma, New York. She graduated from Sachem North High School in 2019, where she was a 4 year member of the varsity lacrosse team. She attended Mercy University where she received a degree in Exercise Science while playing for their DII women’s lacrosse team. She received her Master’s in Physical Education from Manhattanville University, where she played a 5th year of college lacrosse at the DIII level.

Mott currently coaches the varsity lacrosse team at The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, NY. She has coached youth lacrosse both on Long Island and in Westchester for the past 6 years. She has experience working with athletes from kindergarten to the collegiate level and could not be more happy to join the Compass team!
