Lara is from Montgomery, NY, and graduated from Valley Central High School in 2018. Where she was a four years varsity starter for the Vikings Lacrosse team. After High School, Keenan played DIII lacrosse at Manhattanville College, graduating in 2022. There she was a two-time First-Team All-Skyline selection junior & senior year, leading her team in goals and points in three of four seasons. She finished her career with 131 goals, 28 assists, and 214 draw controls. Holding two records for Draw Controls in a Single season & Career Draw Controls. Recently, Keenan finished her first season as the Assistant Coach for the Hawks at SUNY New Paltz, where they put together a historic season this past Spring. Keenan also coached many youth programs around the Hudson Valley and worked camps, practices, and clinics during her time in Westchester.
