Lizz is from New City, NY, and graduated from Clarkstown South High School in 2018, where she was a three-year starting goalie. After high school, Lizz played Division III lacrosse at SUNY New Paltz, graduating in 2022. During her collegiate career, she recorded a 50% save percentage and earned multiple academic honors, including three-time SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll and IWLCA All-Academic Team recognition.

After graduating, Lizz began coaching at Clarkstown South High School. She has served as the varsity assistant coach, modified head coach, and currently as the junior varsity head coach. Lizz also has experience coaching club lacrosse and working youth programs and clinics. Outside of lacrosse, Lizz is a preschool teacher, bringing strong communication and youth development skills to her coaching.
