Marissa is our Director of Youth Programming and First Cradle Lacrosse.

Originally from Port Jefferson Station NY, Marissa is a 2019 graduate of Mercy University where she was a four-year member of the Field Hockey and Lacrosse team. After graduating from Mercy, she served as Assistant Coach for the Mercy women's Field Hockey team during the 2019-2020 season and became Head Field Hockey coach in 2021. She is also a Varsity assistant Coach at Bronxville High School and a head coach at BYLA. She obtained her Masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2023 which helps better understand the needs of our student-athletes.

Marissa has worked with our FCL athletes over the last two years and has an awesome vision for curriculum and development of our youngest student-athletes. In her role as Director of Youth Programming and First Cradle Lacrosse, Marissa will continue to focus on the growth and success of our youth program, including elite team development, 5v5 league administration, and all facets of First Cradle Lacrosse.
